Art Director

About the Role:

As Art Director at Bokra Holding, you will lead the visual development and execution of brand identities across all of Bokra’s ventures. You will oversee a team of graphic designers, motion artists, and content creators, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence in every visual output—across digital, print, video, and experiential formats.

Key-Responsibilities:

•Lead Creative Direction: Define and evolve the visual identity of Bokra Holding and its sub-brands, ensuring all creative assets align with the group’s strategic vision and tone.

•Team Management: Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary design team, conducting regular creative reviews, guiding project execution, and fostering a high-performing studio culture.

•Project Oversight: Supervise day-to-day creative work across campaigns, social media, presentations, product launches, and on-ground activations.

•Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing heads, content leads, and motion designers to translate briefs into strong visual concepts and deliverables.

•Brand Consistency: Develop and enforce brand guidelines, templates, and design systems to maintain visual consistency across all Bokra touch-points.

•Quality Control: Oversee final production of design work to ensure creative excellence and adherence to brand standards.

Requirements

•Proven experience (5+ years) in creative direction or senior design roles, preferably in fast-paced, multi-brand environments.

•Strong portfolio showcasing visual identity work, campaign development, and cross-platform design.

•Experience leading creative teams and delivering high-volume outputs.

•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with motion tools like After Effects is a plus.

•Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to sell ideas and provide constructive feedback.

•Passion for storytelling, innovation, and social impact.

•Experience working with Arabic and bilingual content.

•Exposure to real estate, fintech, or lifestyle brands.

•Understanding of on-ground and digital media planning.
