Marketing Brand Manager
Job Summary
We’re looking for a Marketing Brand Manager to own and elevate the Bokra brand across all touchpoints. This role is responsible for crafting and executing brand campaigns that not only raise awareness but also build emotional connections with our audience. You’ll lead storytelling efforts, ensure brand consistency, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into impactful marketing strategies.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Brand Manager to take ownership of how Bokra shows up in the market. You’ll lead the development and execution of brand campaigns that shape public perception, build trust, and drive engagement across our audiences. You’ll work closely with product, growth, and creative teams to craft compelling narratives that bring Bokra’s mission to life.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and manage integrated brand campaigns across digital, on-ground, and owned media.
Translate business goals into marketing strategies that grow awareness and shape perception.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life — from brief to launch.
Monitor brand performance and campaign results, and extract insights to inform future efforts.
Lead storytelling initiatives, from copy to creative direction, that connect emotionally with our audience.
Oversee production timelines, budgets, and assets across marketing channels.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in brand marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or consumer-focused environment.
A strong sense of storytelling, design, and campaign building.
Strategic thinker who can connect the dots between brand, product, and user behavior.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Comfort working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects at once.
Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and media partners.
Nice to Have:
Experience in fintech, consumer products, or brand-building in a growth-stage company.
Fluency in Both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
